TaxLab & Extraordinary Promotional Offer – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion Overview
    1.1. This promotional offer (“Offer“) is a collaboration between TaxLab Limited (“TaxLab“) and Extraordinary Pay Limited (“Extraordinary“).
    1.2. Under this Offer, eligible participants will receive three (3) months of free access to TaxLab FBT software.
    1.3. The Offer is available to new TaxLab customers who are existing or new customers of Extraordinary.
  2. Eligibility
    2.1. This Offer is open to businesses or individuals who:
    a) Are existing or new customers of Extraordinary; and
    b) Are not existing customers of TaxLab as of the Promotion Start Date.
    2.2. The Offer is not available to current or past TaxLab customers.
    2.3. To qualify, participants must sign up for TaxLab’s services between 1st April 2025 and 30th June 2025 (“Promotion Period“).
  3. Promotion Details
    3.1. Eligible participants will receive a three (3) month free subscription to TaxLab’s software, starting from the date of activation.
    3.2. The free subscription is limited to TaxLab’s standard software offering and does not include add-ons, premium features, or additional services unless otherwise specified.
    3.3. After the three-month free period, standard TaxLab pricing will apply unless the participant cancels their subscription before the end of the free period.
    3.4. This Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  4. Claim Process
    4.1. To redeem the Offer, eligible participants must complete the TaxLab sign-up and add FBT subscription process during the Promotion Period and provide proof of their Extraordinary account to promotion@taxlab.online.
    4.2. TaxLab reserves the right to verify eligibility and may decline to provide the Offer if eligibility criteria are not met.
  5. General Terms
    5.1. TaxLab and Extraordinary reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
    5.2. Any decisions made by TaxLab regarding eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be final.
    5.3. By participating in this Offer, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the standard TaxLab terms of service.
    5.4. This Offer is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
